Sales Agency: Contractual arrangement under which an agent acquires the right to negotiate the purchase of a home, land, air rights, or building.

Competative Market Analysis: A tool Brokers and Salespeople use to assist consumers in determining the properties sales price. 

 

Appraisal: The process of developing and communicating an opinion of value conducted by an appraiser.

 

Valuations: An estimate of value based on data that can be conducted by any real estate analyst.

Lease Purchase, Lease Options & Rentals

Lease Purchase: A  contract in which a price is offered for the sale of the home, and then a lease is also contracted for a specific period of time with a downpayment included. By the end of the lease, the home must be purchased. If it is not the deposit presented is forfeited. 

 

Lease Option: Lease agreement under which a lessee has paid a deposit, and has first rights to purchase the property at the end of the lease or a designated period of time.

 

Rentals: A contract in which we find potential renters a property to lease for a specific period of time.
